Good day, I am Ysa Penas, a graduate student from UP Diliman doing research on Malate businesses from the 1970s to the late 1990s. I’d like to ask or verify the existence and the active years of the following establishments based on Malate, based on their years of active Business Permits and/or record of paying business taxes to the City of Manila.

I would also appreciate any other leads on other places like this in MAL.

The following establishments are as follows, and may or may not be their official names:
1. Blue Cafe
2. Coco Banana
3. Le Taxi
4. Penguin
5. Penguin Cafe Gallery
