I seek information about the current money lending licensing status of PJH Lending Corporation (PJH). According to the SEC's website (https://www.sec.gov.ph/lending-companies-and-financing-companies-2/list-of-financing-companies/, https://www.sec.gov.ph/lending-companies-and-financing-companies-2/list-of-lending-companies-2/) PJH does not hold a certificate of authority.

Thus, I request any documents verifying the current status of PJH and whether it is a duly registered Finance Company (FC) or Lending Company (LC). Thank you.

Please be informed that the said company is registered with the Commission on 15 March 1999, per SEC Registration No. C199900197, and with Certificate of Authority to Operate as a Lending Company No. CEO-168 issued on 01 December 2010 by the SEC Cebu Extension Office.
