On 31st January 2020, SEC (Enforcement and Investor Protection Department) released and Order in the matter of DV Boer Farm International Corporation, resolving to lift the SEC Advisory on DV Boer provided that (among other conditions) "DV Boer allows its farms to be open for inspection by authorized representatives of the Commission for a period of at least three (3) months" 

Information being requested are the following:

1. From January 31, 2020 to September 1, 2020 how many inspections on DV Boer Farms had been performed by SEC.

2. What are the results of the inspection.

Please be informed that investigation proceedings are confidential in nature under Sec. 2-4, Part II, Rule II of the 2016 Rules of Procedure of the Securities and Exchange Commission.
