I respectfully request for a copy of the Acquisition Agreement between URC Sugar Milling Corporation and Batangas Sugar Corporation. 

This document is needed in my legal representation for the employees of the dissolved corporation.

You asked for the Acquisition Agreement between URC Sugar Milling Corporation and Batangas Sugar Corporation.

Insofar as your requested document may contain sensitive personal information (about the companies' stockholders, board of directors and officers) within the purview of the Data Privacy Act, the same requires the consent of data subjects. 

Meanwhile, the documents that are accessible to the public may be obtained from the SEC subject to processing fees. Thus, you may file a request through the SEC Express System, an alternative mode of securing copies of documents submitted by registered firms
