Good Day, I would like to ask about the investment program of Param Car Rental under the CEOs, Jun Jun Banal and Catherine D. Banal,
Here is the scenario, we are at most 80 investors (still counting) who has not receive any profit for months, in my case 8 months. Thus, the lowest amount invested is 100k, the highest is 4M as of now. Here are my questions;
1. Are Param Car Rental, Catherine's Secret, and Param Sounds and Light System registered business? are they licensed?
2. Are the businesses eligible to operate thru co-ownership program or something alike?

Based on our initial findings, please be informed that there is no registered entity under the name of Param Car Rental, Catherine's Secret and Param Sounds and Light System. You may request for a Certification on the Corporate Status/Information of an entity with our Corporate Filing and Records Division (CFRD) through on-line by sending your letter-request to cfrd_application02@sec.gov.ph The fee for said Certification is in the amount of Five Hundred Thirty Pesos (P530.00).
