Hi! 

I would like to request the SEC registration and contact information of Serenity Park, Tagbilaran City, Bohol. 

They have no website, no phone number listing, and they won't give us these Manila office details.

With regards to you query, please be informed that as verified from the SEC Database, Serenity Memorial Park Inc. is registered with SEC, however for further verification, kindly contact the Company Registration and Monitoring Department at telephone numbers (+63)8818-9225, (+63)8818-0763 and (+63)8818-2202 or you may send email to crmd_publicassistance@sec.gov.ph   We are providing copy of the details for your reference.

Should you decide to request for a copy of their Articles of Incorporation, you may proceed to the SEC Express System an alternative mode of securing copies of Corporate or Partnership documents without having to personally come to the SEC.  The public can request for plain copies, certified true copies (CTC)/authenticated copies of documents filed with SEC by logging in at https://secexpress.ph.  SEC Express System covers the following options:
a.	Online Application - the public may request for SEC documents through a user-friendly, web-based interface that includes online payment and courier delivery of the requested documents nationwide.
b.	Call Center Facility – the public may call Hotline Number 8737-8888 for requests, mode of payment and courier delivery of the requested documents nationwide.
