Hi i just want to report LUCKYLOAN UNDER POPULUS LENDING CORP that has been harrasing and threatening me including my family and contact which is clearly illegal ,since they were revoked by SEC because of the violations. Please help us

In addition with that i also want to report online apps that still operating but on your list they were revoked, this are the loan app, PERAMOO, WELOAN, LOANMOTO i still have them can i uninstall it and i will not pay they are harrasing too.

You asked for Harrasment and threatening from LUCKYLOAN under populus lending corp.
Response to Request
Kindly be informed that the Certificate of Authority (CA) of Populus to Operate as a Lending Company was revoked. However, since at the time that your loaned money was granted when Populus still has the CA, your loan contract still exists. Hence, you are still required under the law, as borrower, to pay the loaned amount under the contract of loan.

So do you mean even if they were revoked they can still operate and harrash people , thats the main reason why they were revoked because of there violation.. did you mean they are still operating?
