Thank you for your request dated Jan 31, 2022 10:48:39 AM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

Your Request

You asked for Number of registered and/or active NGOs involved for the right to adequate food.

Response to Request

The data you have requested will undergo regular processing subject to applicable fees (please see https://www.sec.gov.ph/forms-and-fees/schedules-of-fees/):

1.  Special program fee of PhP1,000.00; and,
2.  Computer processing charge of PhP4.00/minute.

The data elements included in the list are:
1.  SEC Registration Number;
2.  Name of Corporation;
3.  Date Registered; and,
4.  Address.

Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to comsec@sec.gov.ph.
