Good day!

I would like to ask regarding the Amnesty, if the corporation availing the amnesty is fiscal year end. And the due for its AFS and GIS is after the deadline of the said amnesty. Will the paid penalty be void? Since the latest AFS and GIS uploaded was for last only?
