While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance, the information you requested may be obtained from our website (www.sec.gov.ph) and Transparency Seal (https://www.sec.gov.ph/about-us/transparency-seal/).

For additional information/clarification about registered/accredited entities, please feel free to contact our Ms. Ma. Theresa M. Bersabal through email ersd@sec.gov.ph. Kindly note, however, that the same will undergo regular processing by our ICT Department, subject to applicable fees.

Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to SEC Chairperson Emilio B. Aquino (ebaquino@sec.gov.ph).
