Do some action that can stop the Online Lending Companies operate. It has huge disadvantage to people. They invading the privacy of someone not even on the term and agreement. We debtors cannot tolerate this kind of Online Lendings (agents) doing to us (Harassment and Death Threats).

Your duly accomplished Complaint Form may be emailed to cgfd_md@sec.gov.ph.  Kindly attach a scanned copy of your valid government-issued I.D. and supporting evidence/documents such as disclosure statement, amortization schedule, receipts, promissory notes, and other relevant documents in connection with your loan transaction that will help the SEC evaluate your complaint.

Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to comsec.gov.ph. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request.
