Hi,

Our Company, Dana Asia Limited - Philippines, Inc. with SEC Reg No.202110002807-31 had requested for a change of register of address before SEC from Cubao To Pasig City (i.e. JMP Building
Jose C. Cruz St. Brgy. Ugong, Pasig City 1604 Metro Manila). Moreover, I'd like to request a certified true copy of the SEC notification to submit to Pasig LGU to proceed with the processing of the business permit. Can you help us request for CTC from SEC?
