Greetings!

Thank you for your request dated Dec 09, 2021 01:17:35 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

Your Request

You asked for the List of all BPO / IT company in the Philippines with contact person and email.

Response to Request

The company listing with the address and industry classification may be requested for a fee. However, the information on the contact person and email addresses can be obtained from the General Information Sheets submitted by companies.

Both the generation of company listings and provision of copies of companies’ documents will undergo regular processing, subject to the payment of processing fees as stated in SEC MC No. 3 (s. 2017) (https://www.sec.gov.ph/mc-2017/mc-no-03-s-2017-consolidated-schedule-of-fees-and-charges/; https://www.sec.gov.ph/forms-and-fees/schedules-of-fees).

For the company listing:
(a) Special Program fee of PhP1,000.00; and
(b) Computer processing charge of PhP4.00/minute.

Should you decide to proceed with your request or need further clarification/assistance, please feel free to coordinate with our Ms. Ma. Theresa M. Bersabal (ersd@sec.gov.ph) of the Economic Research and Statistics Division. 

Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to comsec@sec.gov.ph. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request.

If you are not satisfied with the result of the review, you then have the right to appeal to the Office of the President under Administrative Order No. 22 (s. 2011).
