File formal complaint against abusive lending app Happy Pera2

Requested from SEC by A. Aparici at 03:07 PM on Oct 11, 2021.
Purpose: File formal complaint against abusive lending app Happy Pera2
Date of Coverage: 10/01/2021 - 10/11/2021
Tracking no: #SEC-841958499227

Aparici 03:07 PM, Oct 11, 2021

I would like to request to confirm the lending license of the company with Happy Pera 2 online app. As a citizen that is striving in this pandemic situation we have no choice but to try some lending app to make ends meet. I blindly go with an app with a high interest rate from applying for an 8k loan that I only get more or less 5k. I reached out with them for delayed payment but still the creditor threatened to take negative actions and called/texted abusive remarks. Please take necessary sanctions against this abusive company Happy Pera 2.
