I am kindly requesting assistance to file estafa against the admins of Paluwagan in Bohol and Davao City. Admins failure to give the agreed amount but force you to accept the amount less than the capital of the money. these admins refuse to negotiate and some purposely ignore settlement. I also need the refund of my money. They lured investor using notarized promissory note some has dry seal and signed by their "claimed attorneys".

Good day! What should i prepare to file a case to them in order for me to claim my Capital Amount. Since we are facing a global pandemic we need to find a resources to battle against this virus to survive but also there's another virus that spreading to inflict more damage to our surviving citizen which is the scammers preying on us. We have a lapses too, trusting wrong people for us to survive, it's a shame, but now, for us, we can only settle this in a right and legal way. Hope you can aid us in this matter.
