Good day, nais ko lang po lumapit sainyo upang ilapit ang kaso ko sainyo, noong year 2019 po napilitan po ako umutang sa Lending/Company DIAMOND 8 LENDING COMPANY, dahil may sakit po ang aking anak kasalukuyan po na pandemic iyon, after ilan month po nagbayad po ako may resibo po ako na hawak, then pumalya po ako sa pagbayad sa kadahilanan na nawala po ako ng trabaho, ito pong DIAMOND LENDING ay may nareceived po ako ngayong taon na letter, February 2022 po, sinubukan ko din po lumapit at makipag ugnayan po sakanila bago pa po maisampa ang kaso, ngunit ayaw po nila ibigay ang kabuuan kontrata

Hi, sana matulungan po ako kasi ginigipit po ako ng lending na iyan, ayaw nila ibigay ng kabuuan na babayaran ko gusto nila magbayad po ako ng 47,000 sa kinuha kong 12, 000 tapos kinasuhan po nila ako anti boucing check samantalang sila po ang nag assist sa akin para makuha ko agn cheque na iyon sila din po nag offer nito.

b. loan agreement (if any); and
