You asked for RED Hotel - Cubao Financial Statement.

Response to Request

With regards to you query, please be informed that as verified from the SEC Database, there is no registered entity under the name of Red Hotel Cubao. However, based on our initial findings please be inform further that there is a registered entity under the name of Redhotel Inc. with SEC Registration#CS201725434. (We are providing copy of the details for your reference).

To request for copies of any corporate records on file with the Commission, we advise that you access our SEC Express System - an alternative mode of securing copies of Corporate or Partnership documents without having to personally come to the SEC.  The public can request for plain copies, certified true copies (CTC)/authenticated copies of documents filed with SEC by logging in at [https://www.sec.gov.ph/online-services/sec-express-system/#gsc.tab=0].  The System covers the following options:
