Your Request

You asked for (2018 - 2022) Annual Report of the top 3 HMO players: Intellicare, Maxicard, and Medicard.

Response to Request

Kindly be informed that Maxicare Healthcare Corp. (Sec Reg#0000141994), Medicard Philippines Inc. (Sec Reg#0000137349) was registered with this Office. However as verified from the SEC Database, Intellicare was registered as Asalus Corporation (doing business under the name and style of "Intellicare") with SEC Reg#AS95011634. (We are providing copy of the details for your reference). As of to date, all requested Audited Financial Statements are available in our official record. 

Should you decide to request for a copy of the said AFS, you may proceed to the SEC Express System an alternative mode of securing copies of Corporate or Partnership documents without having to personally come to the SEC.  The public can request for plain copies, certified true copies (CTC)/authenticated copies of documents filed with SEC by logging in at https://secexpress.ph.  SEC Express System covers the following options:
a.	Online Application - the public may request for SEC documents through a user-friendly, web-based interface that includes online payment and courier delivery of the requested documents nationwide.
b.	Call Center Facility – the public may call Hotline Number 8737-8888 for requests, mode of payment and courier delivery of the requested documents nationwide.

All documents requested through this system are delivered directly to the client’s given address within five (5) to seven (7) days after payment confirmation.
