To request for copies of documents filed with the SEC, you may call the hotline number (02) 8727-8888 or visit https://secexpress.ph/application-form. All documents requested through this system will be delivered within five (5) to seven (7) days from confirmation of payment. The list of fees may be found at https://secexpress.ph/service-fees. 

Information about registered companies may also be checked using the SEC Check App (https://bit.ly/secmobileapp).  The SEC Check App is  the official mobile app of the Securities and Exchange Commission Philippines.  Apart from providing  on-the-go guides in doing business and investing in the Philippines, it contains among others: investor alerts and educational materials aimed at protecting the investing public from investment scams;  and the latest rules and regulations concerning corporations, partnerships, associations, capital market professionals and other entities supervised by the SEC Philippines.

Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to comsec@sec.gov.ph. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter.
