Gentlemen: 
I hope everything is well.
Recently in Qatar, there is a Filipino citizen arrested for allegedly, money laundering and operating investing business without license. The link is provided for reference:

This business is operating under Beastnessallday Corporation claiming to have SEC registration. 
As investor, may I please request for the incorporation paper so that we can study who are the persons liable to be included in our claim.

To request for copies of documents filed with the SEC, you may call the hotline number (02) 8727-8888 or visit https://secexpress.ph/application-form. All documents requested through this system will be delivered within five (5) to seven (7) days from confirmation of payment. The list of fees may be found at https://secexpress.ph/service-fees. 

The information about registered companies may be checked using the SEC Check App (https://bit.ly/secmobileapp).   The SEC Check App is  the official mobile app of the Securities and Exchange Commission Philippines.  Apart from providing  on-the-go guides in doing business and investing in the Philippines, it contains among others: investor alerts and educational materials aimed at protecting the investing public from investment scams;  and the latest rules and regulations concerning corporations, partnerships, associations, capital market professionals and other entities supervised by the SEC Philippines.

Upon checking, the corporation is registered with the SEC on 18 June 2021 with Registration No. 2021060016983-13.  However, companies engaged in investment solicitation and/or investment-taking activities must have the requisite secondary license from the SEC. Your right to request a review
