I would like to obtain any documents, adopted policies, memorandums, administrative orders, or other documents shedding light on why the SEC has recently requested complainants submit notarized evidence - yet, at the same time, the SEC allows FamilyHan Credit Corporation (FCC) to submit filings, documents, and answers that are not notarized and bear suspicious signatures.
In a response data 21 February 2021, FCC submitted an un-notarized document to the SEC. Furthermore, this document bears a different signature than other signatures of Mr. Arnas (https://imgur.com/a/rYXwGxk)
