Hi, We would like to replicate in our barangay the best practice of Barangay Tabok, Mandaue, Cebu Province their successful Tabok Rural Waterworks System Inc.

In line with we would like to ask for a copy of the following:
1. Barangay Resolution or Ordinance.
2. Memorandum of Agreement between the barangay and the TARUWAS
3. TARUWAS Bylaws and other related documents
4. SEC Registration of TARUWAS INC.
5. any other documents necessary to establish a Rural Waterwork system in our Barangay.

Our Barangay is Brgy. Kapatagan, Laak, Davao de Oro. This will truly help our barangay and our community

You asked for SEC Registration of Tabok Rural Waterworks System Inc. (TARUWAS).

Response to Request

With regards to you query, please be advised that as verified from the SEC Database, Tabok Rural Waterworks System Inc. (SEC Registration#CS200200276) was registered with this office in 2002. Further, please also be informed that the only document submitted by the Association is the Articles and By Laws and their Financial Reports.  

To request for copies of any corporate records on file with the Commission, we advise that you access our SEC Express System - an alternative mode of securing copies of Corporate or Partnership documents without having to personally come to the SEC.
