I would like to request a list of registered companies/associations under Securities and Exchange Commission in Caraga Region. This will be used to validate legitimacy of certificates submitted to us for account opening.

You asked for COMPANIES REGISTERED UNDER SEC IN CARAGA REGION.

Response to Request

With regards to your query, please be informed that you may request for the list of SEC registered companies in Caraga Region to Ms. Josefina Paquiz of the Information Systems Development and Management Division.  Kindly take note that this request will undergo regular processing, subject to applicable fees. (https://www.sec.gov.ph/mc-2017/mc-no-03-s-2017-consolidated-schedule-of-fees-and-charges/; https://www.sec.gov.ph/forms-and-fees/schedules-of-fees), as follows:
1.     Special Program fee of PhP1,000.00; and
2.     Computer processing charge of PhP4.00/minute.

Details included in the list are the following:
1.     Name of Corporation;
2.     SEC Registration Number;
3.     Date Registered; and
4.     Company Address.
