You asked for List of Registered Partnerships and Corporations in NCR.

Response to Request

The requested list is available through our Information and Communications Technology Department (ICTD). The list contains the following data elements: 

1.  SEC Registration Number

2.  Name of Corporation and Partnership

3.  Date Registered

4.  Address

Please note that this is subject to the payment of the following fees [https://www.sec.gov.ph/forms-and-fees/schedules-of-fees/]:

1.  Special program fee of PhP1,000.00; and,

2.  Computer processing charge of PhP4.00/minute.

Should you be interested, kindly fill out the attached Request Form to confirm the details of your request and obtain the corresponding cost estimate.  Please email the accomplished Request Form to Ms. Josefina Paquiz of ICTD through email address mjmpaquiz@sec.gov.ph. 

Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to Chairperson Emilio B.
