Maa'm & Sir,

Sana po mabasa nyo yung letter ko about sa lending apps na Pinoy peso, nag hiram po ako sa kanila ng 4,500 peru received ko ay 2kPlus lang  due date ko po kahapon June 14,2021 kasi 7 days lang po duration ng loans nila, nag overdue po ako gawa ng late kulang po ako ng budget. today po sana ako magbabayad kasi sweldo at nag message po ako sakanila. nagulat po ako kahit hindi kasama sa binigay na contact references, ko tinawagan po nila boss ko. which is hindi po xia ang nilagay as contact reference. maari po sana mabigyan po ng action ang bagay na ito.

You asked for INVADING OF PRIVACY FOR ONLINE LENDING APP &; HARRASMENT.

Response to Request

Upon reading your request, I advise you to file a formal complaint before the Commission by following the following steps. 
 
1. To File a Formal Complaint Against a Lending or Financing Company
Refer to this link: https://www.sec.gov.ph/lending-companies-and-financing-companies-2/complaints/

2. Provide the necessary attachments, namely:
a. relevant documents and evidence that will support your claim/s or allegation/s ( e.g. screenshots of text messages and conversations with the financing/lending company);
b. loan agreement (if any); and
c. valid government-issued ID.

3. Indicate the following personal information of the complainant in the complaint form:
a. personal e-mail address;
b. personal contact number/s; and
c. address (in the Philippines) where you may be furnished a copy of letter/s and order from the Commission.
