You asked for SEC Registration of the Iglesia Ni Cristo.

Response to Request

With regards to you query, please be informed that as verified from the SEC Database, Iglesia Ni Cristo (Church of Christ) Inc. is registered with SEC (attached copy of the details for your reference). 

Please be informed further that you may request copy of the Articles of Incorporation using SEC Express System - an alternative mode of securing copies of Corporate or Partnership documents without having to personally come to the SEC.  The public can request for plain copies, certified true copies (CTC)/authenticated copies of documents filed with SEC by logging in at https://secexpress.ph.  SEC Express System covers the following options:
a.	Online Application - the public may request for SEC documents through a user-friendly, web-based interface that includes online payment and courier delivery of the requested documents nationwide.
b.	Call Center Facility – the public may call Hotline Number 8737-8888 for requests, mode of payment and courier delivery of the requested documents nationwide.
