You asked for information of business verification with SEC and BIR.

Response to Request

The information on registered firms may be checked online from the SEC Check App (https://bit.ly/secmobileapp), the official mobile app of the Securities and Exchange Commission Philippines.  Apart from providing information on whether a company is registered with the SEC, it gives on-the-go guides in doing business and investing in the Philippines, and contains investor alerts and educational materials aimed at protecting the investing public from investment scams.

Please bear in mind, however, that a SEC company registration does not automatically grant authority to offer investments in securities, bonds, commercial papers or similar financial instruments to more than 19 investors. The appropriate SEC license/certificate of authority must be obtained to engage in the said activities.  Kindly visit the following to obtain more information:

Kindly coordinate with the BIR on your query whether the firm is registered with them.

Your right to request a review
