OLP - Auto Reloan without Knowledge & Consent

Requested from SEC by R. Payot at 05:32 AM on Nov 10, 2021.
Purpose: To nullify the auto reloan and to deactivate or erase my account on their system or database.
Date of Coverage: 10/16/2021 - 11/09/2021
Tracking no: #SEC-927043175193

Payot 05:32 AM, Nov 10, 2021

Good day!

I would like to ask help re the automatic reloan without my consent from an OLA called OLP or Online Loans Philippines. On Oct 16th, I've fully paid my due. After 30 mins, I received an email that my new loan has been processed & disbursed. The money was sent to an unregistered GCash account number. I've never received the money nor tried to reloan because I promised myself to not do it with them again due to higher interest rates. Now, I'm scared as they might try to shame me on soc meds & text blast me and my contacts on the said due date.
