1. What is the present  socio-economic status of the BPO Industry in Quezon City, in terms of the following?
-Employment Status
-Revenue Status
-Tax Collection 
2. How does the Quezon city LGU assist/help the (development/improvement of) BPO industry?
3.How does the BPO industry contribute to the local economy of Quezon City?
