Dear SEC, 

I am Nicole Male, an Industry Specialist from the Philippine National Bank. My team has been tasked to look into financial services firms that specifically cater to small and medium enterprises (SMEs). 

In line with this, may we request for the financial data of the top 10 SME lending firms as of 2021. If possible, may we have 3-year (2019-2021) data for the following:
1) revenues
2) net income
3) assets
4) asset quality ratios
5) debt-to-equity ratio
