Hi! Good morning. I Am Joy Galoy Amor a local Radio Broadcaster here in Catarman Norther Samar at 106.3 TJ FM. A lot of people being recruit to joined this NGO named KKMMI where it said to be giving finance to poor. I just wanted to know if this organization is fake or true or a scam. and I want to know if this Kapisanan ng mga Katutubong Mamamayan ng Maharlika(KKMMI) foundation was a Sec Registered. Please be informed KAPISANAN NG MGA KATUTUBONG MAMAMAYAN NG MAHARLIKA (KKMMI), INC. is a registered company with the Securities and Exchange Commission. 

As to whether it has a secondary license to solicit money or investments from the public, please be informed that it does not have a permit.

If you have any information or complaint that the company is soliciting money or investments from the public, kindly report this by sending an email epd@sec.gov.ph

Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to Commission Secretary thru comsec@sec.gov.ph.
