You asked for Annual Report and Financial Statements of UCC Ueshima Coffee Philippines Inc..

Kindly be informed that as verified from SEC Database UCC Ueshima Coffee Philippines Inc. (SEC Reg# CS201118224) was registered with this Office in 2010. As of to date, the Audited Financial Statements available in our official records is for the period 2012 to 2021.

Should you decide to request for a copy of the said AFS, you may proceed through the SEC Express System - an alternative mode of securing copies of Corporate or Partnership documents without having to personally come to the SEC.  The public can request for plain copies, certified true copies (CTC)/authenticated copies of documents filed with SEC by logging in at https://secexpress.ph.  SEC Express System covers the following options:
