Dear John Kenneth,

Thank you for your request dated Nov 06, 2020 under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for List of Permanently Closed HMO Companies.  There are two ways by which you can obtain the information on HMOs:  (1) By obtaining the list of SEC-registered HMOs (this is subject to processing fees) or (2) by inquiring from the Insurance Commission, which agency regulates the industry.  Meanwhile, you may want to visit this link for info related to your request: https://www.insurance.gov.ph/regulated-entities/health-maintenance-organization/
