Hi, may I request for information regarding  the Articles of Incorporation and by laws of the Western Visayas Historical and Cultural Council

I would like to know the ff:

1. WVHCC Mission, and Vision 

2. Their current Members/ Directors of the council. 

This would help me know if the information above would be in line with the goals of my architectural thesis project.
