You asked for Sec registration and information ng Franciscan Builders and General Machineries, Incorporated.

With regards to your query which is the list of ownership of Franciscan Builders and Gen Machineries Inc. with SEC Registration Number CS201219420, kindly be informed that you may request copy of their Articles of Incorporation or the General Information Sheet using SEC Express System - an alternative mode of securing copies of Corporate or Partnership documents without having to personally come to the SEC.  The public can request for plain copies, certified true copies (CTC)/authenticated copies of documents filed with SEC by logging in at https://secexpress.ph.
