You asked for Request For Audited Financial Statements.

Response to Request

With regards to you query, please be informed that as verified from the SEC Database, there is no registered entity under the name of CNN PHILIPPINES hence, we do not have any corporate records on file with the Commission.   However, upon using google search, we found that CNN PHILIPPINES was owned and operated by NINE MEDIA CORPORATION, that base on our database it was registered in 2010.  As of to date, the latest Audited Financial Statements available in our official records is for the period December 31, 2022.

Should you decide to request for a copy of the said AFS, you may proceed through SEC Express System - an alternative mode of securing copies of Corporate or Partnership documents without having to personally come to the SEC.  The public can request for plain copies, certified true copies (CTC)/authenticated copies of documents by logging in at  [https://www.sec.gov.ph/online-services/sec-express-system/#gsc.tab=0].  The system covers the following options:
a.	Online Application - the public may request for SEC documents through a user-friendly, web-based interface that includes online payment and courier delivery of the requested documents nationwide.
b.	Call Center Facility – the public may call Hotline Number (02) 8737-8888 to discuss the details of your request and obtain information on the related fees and procedures. 

All documents requested through this system are delivered directly to the client’s given address within five (5) to seven (7) days after payment confirmation.
