May I kindly request for the annual number of corporations categorized as Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs).
For your reference Section 3 of RA 6977, as last amended by RA 9501, categorized MSMEs based on its assets* as follows:
micro : not more than P3,000,000
small : P3,000,001 – P15,000,000
medium : P15,000,001 – P100,000,000
Note: * - Asset is inclusive of those arising from loans but exclusive of the land on which the particular business entity’s office, plant and equipment are situated.

Your Request
You asked for Number of Corporations categorized as MSMEs: 2015 - 2022.
Response to Request
This refers to your request for a number corporations categorized as MSMEs. While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have the information you have requested. We do not classify firms according to size either in terms of assets or the number of employees. As such, we do not have data on Medium and Large enterprise. Nevertheless, you may request for the list of registered entities by industry [https://psa.gov.ph/content/philippine-standard-industrial-classification-psic]. You may ask the data to Ms. Josefina Paquiz of the Information Systems Development and Management Division. Kindly take note that this request will undergo regular processing, subject to applicable fees. (https://www.sec.gov.ph/mc-2017/mc-no-03-s-2017-consolidated-schedule-of-fees-and-charges/; https://www.sec.gov.ph/forms-and-fees/schedules-of-fees), as follows:
1. Special Program fee of PhP1,000.00; and
2. Computer processing charge of PhP4.00/minute.

1. Name of Corporation;
2. SEC Registration Number;
3. Date Registered; and
4. Company Address.
