Please to report the Loan Quick by Microdot sa pag labag sa  SEC MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR 18 SERIES OF 2019.
I borrow 3500 and I received 1800 plus without notice na almost half is their interest. Tapos in short period in time grave na sila mangharass para kami bumayad. I loan feb 24 and now they want me to pay for it include their highest rate.
