I represent the registered owner of a CCT with an annotation copied over from the parent title in connection with SEC Case No. 4247 entitled Carlos H. Estanislao v. Pridisons Realty Corp. et al and the related writ of attachment. The annotation was inscribed on 22 July 1992 from an instrument dated 22 July 1992.

I would like to inquire regarding the status of the above-mentioned case and request for a copy of the decision in said case, if available, so that I may determine the next steps needed to remove the annotation from a copy of the title.
