Requests for the preparation of reports, company listings, and related information on SEC-registered entities require payment of processing fees as stated in SEC MC No. 3 (s. 2017) (https://www.sec.gov.ph/mc-2017/mc-no-03-s-2017-consolidated-schedule-of-fees-and-charges/; https://www.sec.gov.ph/forms-and-fees/schedules-of-fees), as follows:

Special Program fee of PhP1,000.00; and
Computer processing charge of PhP4.00/minute.
 
Details included in the list are the following:
Name of Corporation;
SEC Registration Number;
Date Registered; and
Company Address.

Should you decide to proceed with your request or need further clarification/assistance, please feel free to coordinate directly with the ICT Department’s Ms. Joy Paquiz (mjmpaquiz@sec.gov.ph).

We do not have the list of SME corporations as we do not classify firms according to the size.  Nevertheless, requests for the preparation of reports, company listings, and related information on SEC-registered entities require payment of processing fees as stated in SEC MC No. 3 (s. 2017) (https://www.sec.gov.ph/mc-2017/mc-no-03-s-2017-consolidated-schedule-of-fees-and-charges/; https://www.sec.gov.ph/forms-and-fees/schedules-of-fees), as follows:
