Dear Sir/Ma’am,


Good day. I am writing to ask if there is any way for me and my thesis mates to obtain the information I requested before this week ends since we urgently need it for our undergraduate thesis. We humbly apologize for such a demanding request and for any inconvenience it may cause. 

We regret the fact that we were not aware of the existence of FOI Program until yesterday. Nevertheless, we are hoping that you can help us with obtaining the necessary information that we need for our thesis paper.

I would also like to take this opportunity to clarify that the average financial ratios that we need are those of the merchandising SMEs.

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have the information you have requested. However, you may want to inquire with the Department of Trade and Industry- Bureau of Small and Medium Enterprises Development through email at BSMED@dti.gov.ph.
