Your Request

You asked for J&T Express' Financial Statement.

Response to Request

With regards to you query, please be informed that as verified from the SEC Database, there is no registered entity under the name of J&T Express Inc. However, based on our initial findings please be inform further that there is a registered entity under the name of PH Global Jet Express Inc. Doing business under the name and style of J&T EXPRESS with SEC Registration#CS201820785. (We are providing copy of the details for your reference). As of to date, the Audited Financial Statements available in our official records is for the period 2018 to 2022.

Should you decide to request for a copy of the said AFS, you may proceed through the SEC Express System - an alternative mode of securing copies of Corporate or Partnership documents without having to personally come to the SEC.  The public can request for plain copies, certified true copies (CTC)/authenticated copies of documents by logging in at  [https://www.sec.gov.ph/online-services/sec-express-system/#gsc.tab=0].  The system covers the following options:
a.	Online Application - the public may request for SEC documents through a user-friendly, web-based interface that includes online payment and courier delivery of the requested documents nationwide.
