May I confirm the legality of IWATCH.PH CORPORATION? I just want to personally confirm that from your office. That is why I want to know atleast they have certificate of incorporation. You can just confirm it to me if ever that the certificate of incorporation must be maintained as confidential. Thank you very much.

You asked for confirmation of the legality of IWATCH.PH CORPORATION, and for its Certificate of Incorporation.

Response to Request

Below is the response of our Company Registration and Monitoring Department (CRMD): 

Requests for documents by private individuals shall be thru www.sec.gov.ph or 8-8187378888.

On the party’s concern of legitimacy, SEC cannot answer that because it is one of the disclaimer in the SEC Certificate of Incorporation. A Certificate of Incorporation vests juridical personality. Should the party want to conduct a due diligence, he/she may email and request the Corporate Filing and Records Division (CFRD) of CRMD a Certificate of Good Standing. Email them at cfrd-crmd@sec.gov.ph
