Hi I would like to ask help to verify if HappyPera 2 online loan app is SEC registered and if they are legit to operate. I had a very horrible experience about this online lending app. It was very abusive , Thur texts and calls and also I believe was the one who shared my personal information thru it’s ‘3rd party collections’ which In turn maligned and harassed me by posting a public FB post showing my face, my IDs and even my full address and stating I am ‘Estafador’ and even put a Reward on the post. This is the only lending app I had a 1 day overdue and this I was harassed online.
