Hi, I would like to report this agency , my loan lending investors inc.
because this lending agency promise to me that if I make a deposit then they will approve my loan application but they didn't had to received my loan but they always made me to deposit because they said that I have a wrong bank account but that's 1 mistake and they made me deposit again and again first I made ad deposit of 6k and the second the amount of 20k and now I said to them to bring my money back but they said to me to deposit again but I have no money I already give it to them

a. relevant documents and evidence that will support your claim/s or allegation/s ( e.g. screenshots of text messages and conversations with the financing/lending company);

d. evidence/proof that you have exhausted all remedies against the company concerned before filing your complaint with the SEC.
