Hi All,

May we request the following information:

1) Please provide updated list and registered crowdfunding platforms in the Philippines with has a secondary permit from SEC. Companies that allowed to solicit investments from the public.

2) we would like to confirm if - https://vidalia.com.ph/
has a secondary certificate from SEC.

Dear Mark Bryan Beraquit,

Thank you for your request dated Feb 05, 2020 10:36:36 AM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Registered and Updated list of crowdfunding platform.

1. As of today, MSRD has not yet approved any application for registration as a crowdfunding intermediary.

2. VIDALIA has not been issued any license to act as Broker and/or Dealer of Securities, Dealer in Government Securities, Investment Adviser of an Investment Company, Investment House, and Transfer Agent.  Also, said entity has not filed Registration Statements that would allow to sell, offer for sale or distribute securities to the public.  Further, it has not filed nor has any pending application for said Certificates of Registration/Licenses.
