You asked for List of Registered Companies in Philippines.

Response to Request

With regards to your query, please be informed that you may request for the list of registered entities by industry [https://psa.gov.ph/content/philippine-standard-industrial-classification-psic]. Kindly be advised that this request will undergo regular processing, subject to applicable fees (https://www.sec.gov.ph/mc-2017/mc-no-03-s-2017-consolidated-schedule-of-fees-and-charges/#gsc.tab=0/;https://www.sec.gov.ph/forms-and-fees/schedules-of-fees/#gsc.tab=0), as follows:  
1. Special Program fee of PhP1,000.00; and
2. Computer processing charge of PhP4.00/minute.

Details included in the list are the following:
1.	Name of Corporation;
2.	SEC Registration Number;
3.	Date Registered; and
4.	Company Address.

As to the Annual Revenue, this information can be found in Audited Financial Statements (AFS) which can be requested per company through the SEC Express System - an alternative mode of securing copies of Corporate or Partnership documents without having to personally come to the SEC.  The public can request for plain copies, certified true copies (CTC)/authenticated copies of documents filed with SEC by logging in at https://secexpress.ph.  SEC Express System covers the following options:
a.	Online Application - the public may request for SEC documents through a user-friendly, web-based interface that includes online payment and courier delivery of the requested documents nationwide.
b.	Call Center Facility – the public may call Hotline Number (02) 8737-8888 to discuss the details of your request and obtain information on the related fees and procedures. 

All documents requested through this system are delivered directly to the client’s given address within five (5) to seven (7) days after payment confirmation.
