For the list of active lending companies in the Philippines, you may access the link below:

As to assets and and loan size, you may request this list by sending an email to ersd@sec.gov.ph but please take note that this is with a fee and only a select list of lending companies will be provided.

As to the contact information, you may check their website to get information on these or request the General Information Sheet of the company by accessing this link: https://secexpress.ph/ 


Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to Commission Secretary through comsec@sec.gov.ph. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request.
