Good day!

In behalf of the investors of the BF football, we humbly ask for help regarding our non-withdrawal. The people who are behind the investment scam or the so-called "teachers" have already deleted their accounts and they have cleared all pending withdrawal records in the BF Football app. It has been days and our money is stuck in their app. We kindly ask you to help us get our money back. We have our conversation in Telegram for support. the BF Football has an office and hopefully you could help us in having them return our money.

We will highly appreciate your help. Thank you!

Kindly be informed that the company is neither registered with the SEC or allowed to solicit investments. It was issued a Cease and Desist Order by SEC on 05 April 2022 (see: SEC CDO Case No. 03-22-087 at https://www.sec.gov.ph/issuance/bf-football-bf-metrosport-bf-football-investment-platform-bf-football-hedge-fund-investment-platform/).

For further assistance/clarification, you may coordinate with the SEC Enforcement and Investor Protection Department via email at epd@sec.gov.ph, copied to our Cagayan De Oro Extension Office (sec-cdoeo@sec.gov.ph).

Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to comsec@sec.gov.ph. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request.
