You asked for Annual Reports of Information Technology and Telecommunications Companies Listed in PSE 2010-2020.

Response to Request

With regards to your query, please be informed that you may request the list of Information Technology and Telecommunications Company to Ms. Josefina Paquiz of the Information Systems Development and Management Division.  Kindly take note that this request requires payment as stated in SEC MC No. 3 s 2017. As to the Annual Report of a the company, you may request copy of their Annual Audited Financial Statement using SEC Express System - an alternative mode of securing copies of Corporate or Partnership documents without having to personally come to the SEC.  The public can request for plain copies, certified true copies (CTC)/authenticated copies of documents filed with SEC by logging in at https://secexpress.ph.  SEC Express System covers the following options:
a.	Online Application - the public may request for SEC documents through a user-friendly, web-based interface that includes online payment and courier delivery of the requested documents nationwide.
b.	Call Center Facility – the public may call Hotline Number 8737-8888 for requests, mode of payment and courier delivery of the requested documents nationwide.

All documents requested through this system are delivered directly to the client’s given address within five (5) to seven (7) days from the date of payment.
